Brian Ellsworth

BRIAN ELLSWORTH

President

Brian received his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Sciences with concentration in Industrial Construction Management at Colorado State University. He is a Licensed Construction Manager in the State of Idaho. Brian’s extensive background includes Estimator, Project Manager and Account Executive.

Brian is very active in the community starting with his role as Chairman of the Board at Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area; Board Member at Boise Friends of the Park (Boise River Park) and Board Member at Saint Alphonsus Foundation. He is also involved in the Learning Lab, Idaho Community Foundation and Idaho Humane Society. In his spare time, Brian and his wife, Lana, enjoy spending time with their dog Lucy, boating, water and snow skiing and playing golf.

Tim Hendrix

TIM HENDRIX

Project Manager

Tim has a BA from Boise State University in Human Relations. He has over 25 years in the construction arena holding positions as a Framer, Finish Carpenter, Superintendent and his current role as Project Manager. He oversees and manages our First Call jobs, project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance and quality standards. Tim, too, oversees project management, project planning, and time and cost management, quality and safety management. Tim has a Son and Daughter and is an avid cycler and alpine skier.

Cody Wassard

CODY WASSARD

Project Manager

TCody has nearly a decade of construction experience working in the field while overseeing a variety of projects. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration-Finance from Northern Arizona University in 2012. His responsibilities include client development & on-going relations, project estimating, planning & organization of equipment and materials, preparing subcontractor schedules & project timelines, preparing & meeting budgets, project accounting, and job oversight. Cody is passionate about rock climbing and outdoor activities, enjoys music, and spending time with his dog Boyer.

Paul Haas

PAUL HAAS

Estimator

Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Forest Products – Wood Construction & Design from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Boise State University. He has many years of experience as a commercial & residential construction manager and has worked in the Log & Timber Frame Home industry for nearly a decade. Paul’s role is to analyze documents, drawings, and bill of quantities to accurately estimate costs of a project. Paul enjoys going to concerts and spending time with his wife and 8 year old son.

Cecil Brock

CECYLE BROCK

Office Manager

Cecyle has been in the construction industry for 22 years including her 9 years as Office Manager at EKC, Inc.  Cecyle not only manages the office, she is our billing expert and Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager. She implements subcontractor change orders, verification of contract compliance and manages and maintains Human Resource & Payroll functions.   She is serving her second term as NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) President and reflects her passion for the organization and what it stands for. She enjoys loading up the car with her NAWIC Sisters and traveling to as many regional event as possible!  She also enjoys spending time at the family’s cabin with her husband Kirk, 2 Sons, Daughter and 2 Granddaughter’s.

Rhonda Holland

RHONDA HOLLAND

Contract Administrator

Rhonda comes to us with a background in Human Resources for over 15 years. Rhonda, who you talk to on the phone or see when you walk into our office, is responsible for working with subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, project document management, Procore Construction management system, Liability and Work Comp management and works with Accounts Payable and Receivable. She has a Son and Daughter and enjoys music, sports and animals.

SUPERINTENDENTS

Tony Dondero

TONY DONDERO

Superintendent

Tony brings over 35 years of experience in the construction field including commercial, industrial and medical facilities. His experience includes wood framing, concrete, steel structures and is an AGC Certified Commercial Master Carpenter. He is responsible for all aspects of construction including safety, material procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and completing projects in a timely, cost effective manner. He is on site at the projects to ensure daily activities are running smoothly and in a safe and efficient manner. He was our Superintendent for the new Mountain Rides Public Transportation site, located in Bellevue, ID. Tony is a Fly Fisherman, Fly Tier and has 2 Sons.

Randy Minor

RANDY MINOR

Superintendent

Randy’s experience in the Construction field has included building cabinets and supervising the building of custom homes the past 30 years. He joined our EKC team this year and continues his role as Superintendent. He is responsible for all aspects of construction including safety, material procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and completing projects in a timely, cost effective manner. You will see Randy on-site at our projects to ensure daily activities are running smoothly and in a safe and efficient manner. Randy likes to go dirt biking, camping, fishing and hunting with his dog Cash and has 2 Sons.

Joshua Schwandt

JOSHUA SCHWANDT

Superintendent

Josh recently joined our EKC team and comes with 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on a wide range of projects in residential, custom homes and commercial buildings. He is responsible for all aspects of construction including safety, material procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and completing projects in a timely, cost effective manner. Josh enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and loves the forest and what it has to offer such as morel mushrooms, huckleberries and hunting.
