Project Description: Scope of work included two phases of development of the improvements in the master plan for Ponderosa Park. Phase I is primarily a 62 camp site RV camp. It involved extensive logging of the 15 acre site, new utilities, new roads and guest picnic and services facilities. Each site features cable tv hookups, electrical, sewer, water and internet connection. A large guest services center provides laundry services, showers and bathroom facilities. Also included are two large covered picnic shelters. Phase II features a 5,000 welcome center constructed of heavy timber and logs cut by our crews on site. Also included is extensive site work, new roads, pathways, 2 guest cabins, a large picnic shelter, a welcome kiosk, a large bathroom and shower center, a new boat ramp and bathroom group at Kokanee Cove and new utilities throughout.
