Repair of buildings front entry, portico & stair, window improvements, roof repair and minor interior modifications.

EKC, Inc.  broke ground on Monday April 4th on the new 13,800 SF Parish Hall.  The project consists of a new slab on grad steel stud/CMU structure with a wood truss roof system.  Exterior finishes will consist of brick & stucco.  Project includes new parking lots, landscaping & street scapes.  There will also be a new addition to the existing church which consists of meeting hall and new restroom facilities.  The project superintendent is Greg Hedin, he’ll be forwarding project  photos so we’ll keep you updated.

We recently completed our first ECP project at Simplot.  The skylight refurbishment for the Simplot Tech Center in Caldwell went off without a hitch. Look at all that sunlight!

Transit Shelter Replacement Project
Well it looks like waiting for a bus will be much nicer in the near future.  EKC, Inc. has been selected to remove and replace seven existing transit shelters on Main & Idaho Streets in downtown Boise.  CCDC is partnering with (VTR) Valley Regional Transit to fund this project.

EKC, Inc. has been selected to do the site improvements in front of the capital building.  The project is located on State Street between 6th and 8th Streets.   Hurrah! The jersey barriers will be gone by the end of September! Look for some short term street closures, sorry for the inconvienience.
