Project Description: Allumbaugh House is a result of more than 5 years of collaboration led by the City of Boise in partnership with Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Ada County, the City of Meridian, Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center and United Way of Treasure Valley. Using property owned by the City of Boise, the partnership built the facility designed by Hummel Architects. The facility, constructed by Ellsworth Kincaid Construction, is owned and maintained by Boise City/Ada County Housing Authority. In October 2009, Terry Reilly was awarded a contract to operate Allumbaugh House. Terry Reilly has in turn contracted with a number of community entities to provide for facility operations.
