History
Ellsworth Kincaid Construction, Inc. (“EKC, Inc.”) was founded in 1993 by Brian Ellsworth and Larry Kincaid. They remain principals of the firm today. EKC was created to combine the respective construction talents of the founders in the formation of a commercial General Contracting entity. In 2003 Link Jackson joined the firm bringing accounting, finance and project syndication experience to the team. From the beginning, Brian and Larry diligently worked at being not the biggest, but rather “the best contractor in the Boise Valley. "
EKC works with top quality clients often on a repeat basis. The company employs the finest estimating and construction systems combined with excellent personnel versed in maximizing these tools. Staff experience is strong in the areas of general construction, construction management, sustainable building practices, design/build, project financing, lease analysis, project pro-forma and project syndications. We focus on providing a full service resource that sets us apart from our competitors including general construction services, “First Call” small project services and “ECP” our energy conservation services group.
